SHIPPING AND HANDLINGWe offer 2-3 business days processing time on all. orders. All domestic US orders are processed and shipped with USPS or 2-day Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air Services.Please note, wholesale discounted orders cannot be expedited or shipped with expedited service. Processing time for wholesale orders is 4-14 days.

Please note: UPS Ground will not expedite your bulk order's processing time. 

 All International orders are shipped with DHL Express, FedEx International and UPS International. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Tracking information is also accessible through your account. 

Shipping is free for orders over $35 within US only, Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from the free shipping.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout page based on destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for import/duty fees during customs clearnace based on country.


Orders are not shipped and delivered on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for extra 2-3 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order , we will contact you via email.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We gladly accept cancellations  within 1 hour of purchase

If you need to cancel your order, we respectfully request to contact us requesting a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

If you contact us when your order is dispatched, you can still return it for a full refund. Note, customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

I need my order to be delivered overnight, what can I do?

For urgent orders, please place overnight orders before 12:00 PM CTZ and we will be able to ship the same day. If you are running late, please give us a call at (630)855-2190

How long does it will take to deliver to Europe?

It usually takes 7-14 days based on the carrier. We use UPS Worldwide or DHL Express based on destination. Please contact for details.

I made a mistake or need to add/remove the product, what is the next step?

If you placed an order in past 1 hour and your order has not been shipped yet, please email or call us as soon as possible, so we will be able to update your order before it is shipped.

What kind of packaging do you use to prevent the product from excessive heat during summer?

Most of products are stored in a cooler prior shipping. If you need extra thermal packaging, please contact us via email of phone.

Can I use the coupon code for purchases on Amazon or Walmart?

Unfortunately coupon codes provided from our website can be applied only on our website.

My order is delayed and past the estimated delivery date? What are my options?

If your order is delayed for 1-2 days, please allow extra 24 hours and check again. If there is no movement for over 3 days or if you see that there is a damage reported in transit, please reach out to us immediately We will take care of it as soon as possible.
