I had this shipped to Alabama during a heat wave that much of the country experienced and there wasn’t a single problem in the 2-3 days it took to get here. It was soft but still withstood the heat. I'm reordering for the 2nd time. I put this on my dogs dry dog food and they love it. I have a Yorkie that has skin allergies and has lost about 1/2 of his hair.
